A note from the people building K3LAS.

When you run recurring classes, the small details pile up quickly. Students move between schedules. Trials need follow-up. Credits expire. Parents ask for invoices. Instructors need the right attendance list. Branches, rooms, holidays, and replacement lessons all have to line up.

We built K3LAS because academy teams deserve software that understands that rhythm. Not a generic booking tool, and not another spreadsheet with nicer colors. A system that keeps the day-to-day work connected enough that fewer things slip through the cracks.

The goal is practical: help academy owners and teams spend less time reconciling records and more time improving the learning experience for students.
